Quick Summary of the Stock Market:

Yellen says she runs out of money to fund the government on June 1st...yikes! S&P 500 declined -19% on government shut down. This seems like a really stupid issue, and they will raise the debt ceiling. It would be nice to see some discipline in spending. Politics will be played! This is going to come down to the very last minute.
