The market found its footing in this mini-downturn around the 100-day moving average. We got less defensive in our tactical strategies, a distinction we are making, not more aggressive. In our mind, we need to work off the massive overbought condition. The market is not setup to have a big run, this move looks like just a bounce in a short-term oversold condition.
